Support Incident Program

In order to guarantee a continuous quality support for your IT-related issues, Infoware presents the Infoware Support Incident Program. The Support Incident Program is valid for one year and renewable after one year, or sooner if maximum Incidents have been reached. Incidents can be related to all the products and services Infoware is offering.

One Support Incident will be used per issue that you want to address to Infoware's technical staff, whether by e-mail, by fax or by phone (although e-mail is the preferred communication tool); some issues will not be solved with just one e-mail, but it will only cost 1 Incident if it refers to the same issue. Infoware staff will be the sole judge on whether the e-mail or phone thread will cover just 1 issue.

Implementing the Incident Support Program guarantees you that Infoware staff handles your technical support issues within 1 business day.
